Goal: Encourage the Succession of Blue Wheat grass and Rytidosperma to native woody plants.
Where intensive active management to maintain Blue Wheat grass and Rytidosperma grasslands "as is" is not feasible, conversion to native woody plants is considered a desirable option, but this will probably only occur in moister parts of blocks. |
| This goal will be easiest to achieve in wet areas (more than 700mm rainfall). In semi-arid areas, moist microsites, such as gullies and shady slopes also provide opportunities for this goal |
This goal is generally not compatible with managing an area for pastoral use.
